Before we get together...
Upon visiting our booking site you'll first be prompted to select the service & artist you're looking to schedule with. Select the day & time that jives with your schedule & set a date!

To ensure our time together is solely focused on you, we may ask that a brief questionnaire is completed upon booking. Appointment reminders & any key information will be provided so that you're 100% prepared for our visit.

Arrive early so you have plenty of time to enjoy our cozy seating area & settle into your new salon home. We promise to value your time by staying on schedule, & you'll always be greeted with a warm smile. Enjoy a yummy treat or ask any of our team members for the Wifi password or a refreshment to get comfy!

Our first priority after we meet is making sure we understand everything there is to know about your goals for our visit. We want the full scoop on your current struggles, previous salon/artist experiences & your desired daily routine. From inspiration photos, to major 'dos' and 'don'ts' - gaining clarity on your desired outcome is our top priority.

Once we have a clear understanding of your desires, your artist will develop a unique plan tailored to your specific needs. We'll go over the game plan in full detail, create a maintenance schedule & answer every question you have to make sure you're fully confident and ready before moving forward.
Here's where the magic happens!
After the consultation, your artist will get to work on the goal! Every single step of the way we use top of the line products to ensure the healthiest, longest lasting results. We will work efficiently to respect your time, but we will never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing through a session. Throughout the service we will chat more in depth about how to get the most out of your results, along with how to preserve quality care at home.
It's our belief that your time in our salon is YOURS to spend how you please, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time during your appointment. This is your space to enjoy as we create magic -
